We place great importance on tailored training sessions with ample breaks, all led by experienced coaches and choreographers.
The daily training runs from 8.30 AM to 7 PM, with ample breaks scheduled for the athletes to recover.
Our trainers and specialists are eagerly looking forward to the 2025 training groups, ready to offer you expert guidance on pirouettes, jumps, and skating techniques. Our goal is to help you refine your skills to meet the high standards of the ISU (International Skating Union) while also enhancing your fitness and coordination. Most importantly, we aim to instill a sense of joy and passion for figure skating!
So, what can you expect from our camp? A training week consists of five training days. Sessions will take place from July 21nd to July 25th (Monday to Friday) and from July 27th to July 31th , 2025 (Sunday to Thursday).
In a training week, the skaters can look forward to the following highlights:
- 8 sessions of 40 minutes each of technical training on ice in small groups
- 2 sessions of 40 minutes each focused on expression
- 1 session of 40 minutes dedicated to spins and steps
- 1 session of 40 minutes for methodical exercises on the ice
- 4 sessions of 50 minutes each of athletic training
- 4 sessions of 50 minutes each of dance lessons

The nearest airport, Bolzano, is about 60 km away, while Innsbruck Airport is reachable within a two-hour drive.
Ice skating in Val Gardena boasts a rich tradition, having originally been practiced on natural ice and transitioning to artificial ice since 1967.
Notably, figure skating world champion Carolina Kostner hails from St. Ulrich and grew up within the Val Gardena ice club. The Pranives ice rink in Wolkenstein offers excellent ice conditions year-round and features various sports facilities, including an ice rink with four changing rooms and a spacious, modern gym for multiple sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, and judo. On the first floor, the "Pranives" pizzeria provides stunning views, and Luca's pizzas are simply delicious!
The cozy inns and hotels in Val Gardena have a rich tradition, ensuring excellent cuisine and first-class service.
We highly recommend the 4-star Hotel Aaritz to our athletes and their families, conveniently located near the ice rink. This elegant hotel is considered one of the finest in Wolkenstein, situated right by the Campinoi mountain lift.
Facilities: The hotel features 37 stylishly appointed rooms, a cozy reception area with comfortable seating and a fireplace, an aperitif and cocktail bar, a dining room, and an elevator. An internet corner is available for a fee, and parking is complimentary.
Wellness: Guests can enjoy a modern indoor pool (12x6 m), two Finnish saunas, two steam baths, an infrared sauna, a fitness room, and a solarium.
Rooms: Each room is equipped with a bath or shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, bathrobe, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, seating area, and balcony.
Catering: A breakfast buffet with a wide selection is provided each morning.
