After training, it is essential for athletes to take time to consciously reflect on the previous session.

Recommended Post-Training Cool Down Program:

  1. 10-Minute Relaxation Run or 15-Minute Cycling
  2. 5-Minute Stretching and Breathing Exercises
  3. 5-Minute Deep Relaxation to internalize and process the training in a calm atmosphere.
